LumiPro Asia Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 01 October 2025
Applicable Products: All LumiPro Asia products unless otherwise specified in writing.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
At LumiPro Asia, we are committed to delivering professional-grade lighting and control systems that set industry standards for quality and reliability. Every product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it performs consistently in demanding environments.
2. Warranty and Product Guarantee
2-Year Warranty: All LumiPro Asia products come with a two (2) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
5-Year Product Guarantee: We guarantee a minimum five (5) year product support period, during which we will maintain repair services, spare part availability, and technical assistance to ensure continued performance and serviceability.
3. What the Warranty Covers
During the two-year Warranty Period, LumiPro Asia will, at its discretion:
Repair or replace defective parts or products; or
Provide an equivalent replacement or credit if repair or replacement is not practical.
All replacements or repairs are performed using genuine LumiPro parts and carry the remainder of the original warranty.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or use outside the intended professional purpose.
Environmental damage (moisture, corrosion, power surges, natural disasters, or excessive heat).
Consumable items (e.g., lamps, filters, batteries) unless defective at the time of delivery.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
Any repair or alteration performed by unauthorised service personnel.
5. Product Guarantee (5-Year Support)
Even after the 2-year warranty expires, our 5-year product guarantee ensures:
Continued access to spare parts and technical servicing.
Support for troubleshooting and performance issues where commercially feasible.
Reasonable repair and maintenance options through our authorised partners.
This guarantee is intended to promote sustainability, reduce waste, and support long-term reliability. It does not extend the original 2-year defect warranty.
6. Warranty Claims Procedure
To make a claim, please:
Contact our support team at hello@lumipro.asia with proof of purchase, product model, serial number, and description of the issue.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) if required.
Return the item (at your cost unless otherwise agreed) for inspection.
Upon confirmation of a valid claim, LumiPro Asia will repair, replace, or credit the product as per this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Subject to Singapore law:
LumiPro Asia’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit value of the product.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or downtime).
All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for purpose, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Consumer Rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) and other applicable Singapore laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
9. Policy Updates
LumiPro Asia reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time. Updates will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the new policy’s effective date.y
